I would like to know how we have reached the point in time where Dogs have become more important than the Association Members. How is it that we have a General Manager that Must have a dog in her office, the board approves of it yet as a Resident and Homeowner I cannot take my dog into that office? Even more so...how has it come to be that we spend thousand's of our hard earned dollars to re-build our Lake Club Bar and soon to be the Lake Club and Dogs are allowed to roam in them? These are NOT seeing eye dogs...and they most certainly are NOT service dogs !!!! who is responsible when one of these Dogs bites someone? The association????Do we have insurance for this liability exposure?
What Board approved Dogs to have more priviledges than we property owners. I guess more important...How do we get rid of the Dog in the office and the ones being allowed in our newly refurbished buildings. I have some Cats that would love to go down to the Club House. I would really like the Board of Directors to correct this situation. Immediately or Perhaps we should all get the priviledge of bringing our animals into these ammenities.
