Does anyone know where our $774.00 POA fees? How much goes to the airport that only a few use. It was recently repaved. How much was that? They use fee is $10.00 a month! The equestrian center charges $50.00 a month. I'm sure there is insurance on involved in both facilities and utilities. I've been here 5 years and the POA fee have increased every year but the community keeps degrading. The number of renters and foreclosures here, the tough economic times and they still increase the fee...

Being concerned about where your fees go is a legitamate question and one that can not be answered in a paragraph or two. To get an up to date answer, stop by the POA office and request the latest financial report, and the next years budget. That will explain where all the money goes.

I live in San Francisco I have property in LCPOA. I had a questio about THe Gate and Bar coding. So I sent an email to POA community. I recieved a Failure notice from my email provider stating that This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it : This address no longer accepts mail.
Than I notice no published email address in the LCC newsletter.
I'm using this forum to get the email address to the LCPOA office please reply.
