NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

The LCPOA will be seeking bids in the months of March, April and May on the following items:

Exterior Painting - Goff Hall
HVAC Equipment - Goff Hall
Roofing - Pitched - Pump House - Campground
Barn Metal Siding - EQ Barn - Structural Repairs
Horse Shelters - EQ Center - Structural Repairs/New Shelters
Maintenance Storage Buildings - Structural Repairs

If you would like to be included on our bidders list, please notify the POA Office in writing.  Include your state contractor's license number, class and proof of General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.  When awarded a bid contractors are required to name the Lake California POA as Additional Insured and work will not proceed until the POA has received said endorsement.

The LCPOA also seeks bids on electrical repairs, plumping, etc.
