President’s Message

Fortunately, this board is comprised of multitalented, intelligent individuals that have the welfare of this community we all call home, at heart. If we had to pay for this talent, the POA could not afford them.  One thing I know, the members of our community should be thankful for the many volunteer hours each board member devotes to running the business and affairs of Lake California, while also maintaining their careers and families. I am thankful for all the volunteers that serve on the many necessary meetings of the POA; without their help this community could not exist.

My goals as your board member and president are as follows:

• Treat all members fairly
• Enforce the CC&R’s and R&R’s uniformly
• Give all the amenities equal emphasis
• Be fiscally responsible
• Be able to disagree without being disagreeable
• Conduct all POA meetings professionally and with respect for my fellow board members.
