Notice to All Contractors and Builders

The winter rains are subsiding. If your permits were destroyed in the rains, please come to the AC office and get new ones to POST to avoid fines. Construction vehicles/equipment shall not be parked overnight in any location unless approved by the Architectural Committee. RULES & REGULATIONS-05-18-D.

Remember to be considerate of your neighbors and keep your job sites neat & orderly.

All above ground propane tanks must be to the rear or side of the structure and must be completely enclosed with vents at the bottom, a ridge cap, and fi nished to match the house.
