Road Work

Lake California residents may notice road crews working throughout the community as our scheduled road and parking lot maintenance program begins.

Current Work Contractor Eagle Paving and Grading started work on August 26 with crack sealing operations. During this phase, traffic will remain open with roving traffic control in place and no road closures are anticipated.

Office Parking Lot Repairs Repairs to the LCPOA office parking lot are scheduled to begin August 27 and completed by August 31. Visitors should expect construction activity and temporary parking impacts during this time.

Roadway Repairs From September 1 through September 3, crews will perform approximately 100 road dig-out repairs throughout the community. A detour route will be in effect around the hill area, with controlled traffic near the Lake Club and church area. Residents are encouraged to allow extra travel time and follow all posted traffic control signs.

Upcoming Microseal Treatment The community-wide road microseal project is currently scheduled for September 21 and 22. Microseal work for the Lake Club and office parking areas is planned but the dates have not yet been finalized.
