Update on LC closure

We now believe we are near the end of the lake club closer. Servpro is handling the cleaning process which has now started. The cleaning process will be followed by drywall work in the game room. Servpro is also doing regular maintenance on the HVAC duct cleaning. Outside entry stucco work is scheduled for next week. Servpro will also be calling in a testing company to take samples for their final clearance. Tehama County Environmental Health will follow with their approval.

We regret it has taken longer than expected and will give the community an additional update next week on a possible opening date once we have more information from the vendors.
