We need your help identifying this vehicle

We need your help to identify who owns this Chevy Silverado Truck. The top half is pewter and the bottom is grey. He decided it would be cool to drive over the curb and into the grass and intentionally run over one of the ducks. Luckily the other ducks were able to get out of the way on time.
