Due our new extension to stay at home until the end of April, we will be cancelling all events for the month of April. This will include the Community Yard Sale on April 18th, both bands schedules for the month of April as well as Karaoke. Please be advised the the POA staff will still be available during normal business hours, we are asking that you restrict traffic to the office. You can call the office with any questions or concerns, make payments over the phone, make payments via drop slot in the door. The lounge will be closed, however the Landing will be opened for take out orders only, there will be no in house dining available. Please call ahead to place your order at 347-7906,. Also, please be patient with the Landing staff as they prepare your to go orders. They will be able to take your credit card over the phone, then you can just run in the side door and grab your food and go, if you need to pay cash you will still need to go into the lounge to pay ONLY, then go over to the roll up door and grab your food. The staff will get you in and out as quickly as possible and should be able to give you a time frame when you call.

With our current conditions, we are halting ALL A/C applications for the next couple weeks. We will not accept any new applications, new constructions or any current open applications will not be inspected. The A/C meeting that was scheduled for April 1st will be postponed, we can possibly reschedule is for April 8th however that will also be tentative depending on the circumstances.
We do not want to put any of our volunteers at risk sending them to do any inspections at anybody’s homes.. We hope you all stay safe, shelter at home and enjoy your time with your families.

Read MoreAs everybody is aware things are constantly changing with this COVID-19. We are constantly watching and monitoring the updates. We will post updates here as needed and until further notice, the Office, Lounge and Landing will continue to be open. The Landing will be available for take out orders if you do not want to be around the crowds, there will be tables set up in the LC far enough apart that will only seat 8-10 people for those of you that would prefer the smaller groups. We will also continue to sanitize with the commercial sanitizers on a daily basis.
