Violators shall be subject to a mandatory fine starting at $250.00.” Aside from the use of fireworks being a violation of the community rules, with very dry wildfire fuel conditions it is also extremely irresponsible and dangerous for the entire community.

We received word that the Pool Opening plan the POA submitted to Tehama County is accepted. BUT we were also told by Tehama County that we may not open the pool until Governor Newsom approves Stage 3 opening. So to recap we are ready to go once the Governor allows Stage 3 and pools to open.
When the pool is opened, we are required to post signs stating that facial coverings are recommended when social distancing is not possible.
As soon as the Governor allows the pool to open and we have an opening date we will notify the community. Stage 3 plans are on the Tehama County Board of Supervisors agenda for tomorrow so we may have further information later this week.
We appreciate your understanding and we know that residents are frustrated, but following the rules protects the community against the pool being shut down all season.
